- Carnegie Science Center will present a workshop about worms at Dormont Public Library on Monday, July 22. The workshop is part of the library’s summer reading program and is for students in second through fifth grade.
- You can get tickets now for the next Breakfast and a Movie event at Dormont’s Hollywood Theater. “Sunset Boulevard” plays on Aug. 18.
- If you visit the Seton Center in Brookline, the Heritage Players Adult Acting Class is holding a recital of short plays this Friday, July 26, starting at 8 p.m.
- On Saturday, July 27, Sean Selcer and Tai Chirovsky are at Isis Cafe on Brookline Boulevard for a night of acoustic music over candle light. Tickets are on sale at Cannon Coffee or at Isis Cafe. See the Cannon Coffee Facebook page for details.
