Dormont Library Summer Reading Program: Worms (2nd-5th Grade)

Dormont Public Library's Summer Reading Program runs from June 22 through August 3. To join the reading club and receive great prizes for what is read, you simply have to stop in the library and sign-up. It takes 5 minutes and we hope to see you! You don’t have to be registered for our reading program to attend the special programs that we feature during our Summer Reading weeks.

Presented by Carnegie Science Center. Can a worm see like we can? If it has no nose, how can it smell? Does it have a sense of touch? We’ll answer these questions and more using real red worms from our composting colony.

This program is recommended for children in 2nd through 5th grade.
