ReplyI have thought of this case MANY times over the years, as it was so horrifically brutal, and at the time I was a regular T-rider....the thought of having gone past there and that poor young woman just hidden out of sight.....We all see too many movies and read too many books; but it seems like someone that vicious would be caught by now, so maybe it was not a local person. At that time, I too said "Dormont??!!", never expected it. Today's world seems to have no havens left.

Sorry about above...mistake. I just wanted to post that I feel that the business owners perhaps have not been lax, but limited. I am sure the decade waiting for this plan they have been willing to renew/refresh their facades, but need to wait until they have the final picture to spend their hard-earned $$$. So far it has been The Boulevard of Broken Dreams. I like the plan B. envisions. Will be glad to see smoothly paved streets for a change.
