Eric Lidji, Neighbor

Eric Lidji began his journalism career writing about hanging chads for <i>The Pitt News</i>, the student newspaper at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation, Lidji worked at a newspaper in Waxahachie, Texas — covering everything from boll weevil eradication to a traffic accident involving the Batmobile — followed by a three-year stint in Alaska reporting on the oil industry.

He continues to write extensively about energy in all its forms from his home in the Friendship neighborhood of Pittsburgh&#39;s East End, but he also enjoys writing about art and interesting Pittsburghers.
