How Can Zombies Benefit the Lupus Foundation?

Dormont's Hollywood Theater has a weekend of classic films planned, and proceeds from one special film showing will support the Lupus Foundation of PA.

Even zombies have a charitable side. On Saturday, a special showing of a film with local roots will benefit the Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania at Dormont's Hollywood Theater. "The Resurrection Game," by local filmmakers Amy Lynn Best and Mike Watt, takes a look at a futuristic world where the walking dead are part of everyday life, and where a detective uncovers quite the conspiracy. Tickets are $10 at the door, and the event includes raffles, vendors and music by DJ Zombo. A lineup of Hollywood classics also are coming to Hollywood Theater this weekend. Alfred Hitchcock's classic 1954 thriller, "Rear Window," starring Jimmy Stewart and Grace Kelly, will run on Friday, followed by the 1971 film "A Clockwork Orange," which director …
