The Keystone Oaks and Pittsburgh Public school districts have two-hour delays tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 22.
Due to below-freezing temperatures and harsh winter weather conditions, both the Keystone Oaks School District and the Pittsburgh Public School District will operate on two-hour delay schedules, tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 22.
