Recipe of the Week: Lemon Garlic Shrimp

This shrimp scampi-like dish doesn't disappoint.

Any shrimp fan will love this recipe. What you need 4 minced garlic cloves 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp 1/2 dry white wine 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper What you need to do 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes. Saute for 30 seconds. 2. Add shrimp and sauté for four minutes or until shrimp has cooked and turned pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet. 3. Add wine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. 4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. 5. Season with lemon zest, salt and pepper. Pour over the shrimp before serving.
