There's a pub crawl tonight, so this week's restaurant spotlight features the pubs and restaurants along the way.
In light of tonight's pub crawl on Brookline Boulevard, this week's restaurant spotlight features the establishments that will be part of the event. The pub crawl starts at 7 p.m. at Moonlite Cafe. Stops include Brookline Pub, Boulevard Lounge, Marshall's Lounge and Zippy's Saloon. Tonight is the night for Brookliners and friends to walk the 'line and enjoy some of Brookline's finest establishments. The "Because You're Mine, I Walk the 'Line" pub crawl is tonight, Friday, starting at 8 p.m. at Moonlite Cafe on Brookline Boulevard. The crawl will hit Zippy's Saloon, Brookline Pub, Gordon's, the Boulevard Lounge and others before wrapping up around midnight. This year's pub crawl is sponsored this year by Energize Brookline, a new community group that strives to get Brookliners involved in their community and all that it has to offer. All proceeds from the event will be used for community betterment projects. Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door of Moonlite Cafe. Wrist bands will be issued to participants …

Where's the best place to walk the 'line? Brookline, of course. Especially if you're attending this Friday's "Because You're Mine, I Walk the 'Line" Bar Crawl. The bar crawl is sponsored this year by Energize Brookline, a new citizens group dedicated to getting involved in the community (more on that later). Brookline Boulevard is the scene of the crawl, which starts at 8 p.m. Friday at Moonlite Cafe and wraps up around midnight. Zippy's Saloon, Brookline Pub, Gordon's, and the Boulevard Lounge also are on the list. The cost is $10—all of which will benefit various community projects—and drink specials will be available throughout the evening for those with a bar crawl wrist band.
