Finding My Inner Quiet At Sterling Yoga
Yoga relaxes the mind and body while building strength and muscle.
I’ve been on the healthy path for a month now, and it’s starting to get easier. The first two weeks I had a really hard time getting motivated to work out, I was starving all the time and I stalled out and lost only half a pound. I just could not stick to a diet if I was consistently hungry. So I’ve made a few adjustments, and I’m hitting the restart button on this project. I’ve upped my calories, but to balance it out I’ve also upped my exercise. I’m not hungry anymore and I’m averaging four to five workouts a week combining 30 minutes of cardio and strength building. Oh my, what a nice push to remind me how much I miss yoga. Starting a new business, training for pgh marathon (ok, just a relay-but I am not a runner) as well as a way long swim,yoga got pushed aside. But thanks Carla, you inspired me. Kim Hoffman   more ›
