Missing Brookline Girl Could Still Be Alive

Alivia Christine Kail of Brookline could still be alive, according to a report by WPXI.

WPXI has reported that Alivia Christine Kail, a Brookline teenager who has been missing for nearly two years, could be alive. The television station reported Tuesday that the FBI is investigating whether Alivia could be a victim of sex trafficking in Florida. Alivia has been missing since March, 5, 2011. Wow, wouldn't that be awesome if she were found alive after having gone missing for almost two years?? Unsolved Cases: Alivia Christine Kail

The 19-year-old has been missing since saying she was headed to Florida with a boyfriend.

Alivia Christine Kail, a 19-year-old living in Mt. Washington, went to her brother's home in West Mifflin on March 5, 2011, to gather some clothes. When her family was unable to contact her by phone for several days, they became concerned. Then Alivia's phone was shut off for non-payment.  When Lorenzi reappeared in Pittsburgh without Alivia and gave conflicting accounts as to her whereabouts, the family's worry deepened. Lorenzi was arrested on March 30, 2011, for unrelated drug and gun charges.  While searching Lorenzi's home and vehicle, police found three spent shell casings, a pink tote containing woman's clothing…

A crowd gathered at the cannon monument on Brookline Boulevard on Sunday night to remember a young woman who has been missing for one year. Family and friends of 20-year-old Alivia Kail, who has been missing since March 5, 2011, held a vigil to remember her and spread the word that they haven’t given up the hope of bringing her home. “My hope for this vigil is that someone will just see this and be able to help, and know she’s out there,” said Kail’s mother, Christine Didiano. “At this point, we just hope someone will come forward.” Kail was living in Mt. Washington last year when she told her family she planned to move to Florida with her boyfriend. Kail, then 19, picked up clothes from her brother’s West Mifflin home on March 5, and hasn…
