Some unique faces have been cropping up in the windows of Brookline Boulevard shops, and it's time for you to decide which is the most spooky and silly. The annual Scarecrow Competition is underway, and residents can start making the rounds and voting for their favorites. "We have about 10 up so far, and they are cute," said Brookline Chamber of Commerce President Linda Boss. "We've got lots of compliments." Annette Ferrieri, a board member for the Chamber, said the scarecrows are a hit every year, and help kick off the Halloween season in Brookline.
