 Here at Sergio’s Style we pride ourselves in delivering more than just a cut and color. Our salons priority is to provide an amazing experience to everyone, It troubles us to see a bad review. We would like to make good on any bad experience someone has had. However, we must first look at the facts. In this particular case the woman writing the review walked into the salon without an appointment, in addition Sergio was with another guest receiving a hair extension service. Sergio was unable to leave a guest with an appointment to service one without, not to mention extensions is a time sensitive service, which can cause a price increase the longer it takes.

We feel it very irresponsible for this woman to write a poor review about us when she was receiving a free service, not to mention she has not been to our salon in over a year. In conclusion, we performed the free service anyways for a person whom was no longer a client, without an appointment, and who has not been here in over year. In this day and age we find social media outlets to be very crucial to the reputation of us all here. But to tarnish our name over a false review is damaging to our reputation and misleading to future guests.

Sergio was very rude making me wait for 25 minutes to get a bang trim. Then he seemed bothered because he was doing a hair extention and exclaimed that any other stylist could have trimmed my bangs. Well had someone suggested that I might have opted for that. I will never return there even though I like to support local businesses.
