Yoga Workshop Keeps Knees In Step

Sterling Yoga is hosting a weekend workshop to help keep knees healthy.

If your knees are making a snap, crackle, popping sound when they move, one local yoga studio might be able to help.

Sterling Yoga in Dormont is hosting a workshop this weekend to help keep your knees healthy.

The Healthy Knees Workshop is Saturday, Oct. 5 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and will focus on sequences that evenly build leg muscles for better knee support.

The workshop is $35 for Sterling Yoga students, and $45 for non-students. See the Sterling Yoga website for more information about the Knee Workshop and other October Events.
