Run (or Walk) to Fitness With Brookline Rec Center Programs

Programs for all ages, and one for girls only, are available this summer.

Two programs at Brookline Rec Center can help you run—or walk—your way to fitness this summer.

The Walk Fit program is for all ages and is held Mondays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. through the summer. Participants are asked to bring 1-3 pound weights if they choose.

For girls only, the Girls Run for Fun program is for girls ages 9 to 15 to work out together with adult guidance. The group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. through the end of the summer.
