Is it Time for a Keystone Oaks Athletics Hall of Fame?

Other high schools in the area have honored their former student-athletes and coaches with enshrinement.

The Keystone Oaks School District has had its share of glory on the gridiron and in the gymnasium—not to mention on the ice, on the track and on a number of other surfaces—but there is no athletics hall of fame in the district.

Meanwhile, nearby Upper St. Clair School District honors an annual class in three Upper St. Clair High School Halls of Fame—Academics, Arts and Athletics.

In sports-mad western Pennsylvania, many high schools at least honor former student-athletes of theirs. After all, the sports world lends itself nicely to various halls of fame.
