KO Iron Works Speed and Agility Camp

The Keystone Oaks Iron Works Speed and Agility Training School is a hands-on camp intended to help all interested district students aged 7-12 improve their speed, agility and coordination in a fun, positive learning environment.

Golden Eagles varsity football coach Nick Kamberis and his staff will be hands-on in teaching the basic fundamentals and techniques needed to help students "become sudden NOW!" by helping them learn how to improve and enhance sport related speed, agility and coordination.  The cost of the camp is $35 per students, which includes a participatory t-shirt.

The four week camp will run each Saturday from Jan. 28 through Feb. 18 and will be held in the Keystone Oaks High School gymnasium.  Session One is  for students ages 7-9 and will run from noon to 1 p.m.  Session Two is geared at students ages 10-12 and will run from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
