The Keystone Oaks School Board on Thursday approved the district's 2013-14 budget and set a new tax millage rate. The $35,935,896 budget includes a tax rate of 18.63 mills. The motion passed by a 5-4 vote, with board members Dan Domalik, Raeann Lindsey, Dave Hommrich and Joe Finucan voting 'no.'
