Budget Update
From what I have heard in Harrisburg, we can expect the House budget proposal to be announced sometime next week.  I will keep everyone up to date and informed as to how this year’s budget will affect you and the 22nd District. I will spend most of the month of June with fellow legislators deliberating funding to major programs and agencies. I encourage you to contact me and Governor Corbett’s office with all of your concerns regarding these decisions.

Do YOUR gas lines need an inspection?
If your home was built since 1990 and is heated with natural gas you may have Yellow Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing, or CSST, in your home that needs inspection by a certified electrician to ensure your safety and prevent potential damage if your home is struck by lightning. CSST is used for natural gas, propane, water heaters, fireplaces and many other gas appliances, and more than 400,000 homes may need this inspection.

Visit csstsafety.com to find out more about how you can make sure your home is safe.
