Join us in celebrating volunteer organizations in the 22nd District. Today's a great day to get involved in your community!

      Community development groups work hard to cultivate growth, development, and community investment within the neighborhoods they call home.  One of the many groups in the district that is doing awesome things is Mount
Washington Community Development Corp.
   Everything from planting flowers, cleaning up trash,  to adopting trails within Emerald View Park,
they have an opportunity for you.

13th Annual Bigbee Flower Planting

Join the Friends of Grandview Park and Bigbee Street neighbors to plant flowers at
the entrance to Bigbee Field.

Please bring your own small shovel or trowel and gloves, and a water bottle.

Any donations of plants or flowers will be most welcome!

Grandview Avenue Beautification Project

Sponsored by the Mayor’s Love Your Block program and Home Depot

Saturday, May 18 10:30 a.m.

At the corner of Shiloh Street & Grandview Avenue

Volunteers will beautify a corner parklet on Grandview Ave. by installing paving stones, removing graffiti, and planting flowers.
