Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers

IVC welcomes any adult (age 18 or older) who:

Volunteering with IVC is a flexible service opportunity. You can help as often as you like, on an occasional basis or regular schedule. There are many ways you can help, according to your interests, physical abilities, and availability.
IVC volunteers provide many important services, such as:
- Driving care receivers to medical appointments or worship services
- Escorting care receivers on doctor visits
- Grocery shopping
- Running errands
- Friendly visiting
- Conducting home safety checks
- Telephone reassurance
- Helping care receivers manage their correspondence
- Snow shoveling
- Assisting in the IVC office (receptionist duty, data entry, preparing mailings, etc.)
