Brad Koplinski, a Harrisburg city councilman who is running for lieutenant governor, has become the first 2014 candidate to visit all 67 counties in Pennsylvania, according to PoliticsPa.

Koplinksi, a Democrat, was first elected to Harrisburg council in 2007, winning his seat by four votes. 

Previously, he worked at the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, as well as for the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel, both in Washington, D.C., according to his campaign website.
