Dormont Parking Lot Hole to Cost $71,000

The original repair estimate was $10,000.

The giant hole that opened last month in the Dormont Pool parking lot is going to cost the borough $71,000 to fix, according to the Post-Gazette.

The hole was caused by a collapsing underground concrete box that is believed to have been constructed years ago to control storm water.
