Crime updates from Dormont Police, July 12 to July 19.

A Lincoln-Larimer woman was arrested and charged after allegedly waking up near the Dormont Volunteer Fire Department, then arguing with police officers.

According to the police report, Kelsey Musgrove, 22, walked through the open garage door of the Dormont Volunteer Fire Department on July 18 at 6:15 a.m. and told an officer she'd woken up in the bushes outside and didn't know where she was.

Musgrove told police she had been at Margaritaville with friends, and didn't know how she got to Dormont.

Police said that when Musgrove was asked for her identification, she refused and walked away, and continued trying to leave after officers told her they didn't feel it was safe for her to leave due to her condition.

When Musgrove again tried to leave, police said, she was arrested and held at Dormont Police Station until she was sober. Musgrove was charged with public drunkenness.
