Two Arrested for GPS Thefts
Two people were arrested for allegedly breaking into cars in the Banksville area and stealing GPS units.
Two people were arrested Monday for allegedly breaking into unlocked cars in the area and stealing various items, mainly, GPS units.
Police arrested Scott Richard Lazor of Imperial, and Crystal Lee Mros, of Clinton, on Greentree Road.
Pittsburgh police had initially responded to the 2300 block of Rosegarden Road in Banksville for a resident's report of suspicious people in dark clothing who were carrying backpacks and looking into car windows.

According to the police report, the two had stolen a GPS until from a vehicle in the area. The GPS was returned to its owner.
Lazor was charged with theft from a motor vehicle, and with loitering and prowling at night. He is being held in Allegheny County Jail, according to court dockets. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 28 at 8 a.m. before Judge Donna Jo McDaniel.

Mros was cited and released, according to police.
