Three Home Burglaries Reported in Beechview

The incidents occurred on Tonopah Avenue.

Three burglaries—all in homes on Tonopah Avenue in Beechview—were reported to Pittsburgh police between July 2 and 9.

The first occurred July 2 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A man reported that someone broke a window of his home in the 1500 block of Tonopah Avenue in Beechview and entered the home, but did not steal anything.

Two more incidents occurred on July 9. Money was stolen from a home in the 1600 block of Tonopah Avenue around 7:30 a.m. A resident in the 1500 block of Tonopah Avenue reported that someone entered his home in an unknown manner between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., and that money was stolen.
