UPDATE: Assault, Burglary Suspect Arrested in Dormont

Dormont police arrested a man who allegedly broke into a Dormont home and assaulted the resident.

UPDATE: Dormont police arrested Robert Heuckeroth, 44, address unknown, on April 5 at 3:30 a.m. at a home on Tennessee Avenue. Heuckeroth was arrested on warrants issued by Dormont Police, and by the Allegheny County Sheriff's Department. Charges are pending.

Dormont police are searching for a man they say broke into a Tennessee Avenue home and assaulted the resident, whom he knew.

Police have charged Robert Heuckeroth, 44, address unknown with aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass and recklessly endangering another person. Heuckeroth is a white male, 5'8" with black hair and green eyes.
