A man police call a person of interest in a Baldwin woman’s stabbing death was arraigned on unrelated charges Tuesday morning.
Jordan Clemons, 22, formerly of Canonsburg, . Those charges stem from a robbery and burglary at a Tannehill Street home Jan. 8.
