Open Lewdness Arrest Made After Incidents in Brookline, Beechview

A Bellvue man was arrested Aug. 29 for exposing and fondling himself in front of women and children.

Pittsburgh Police said a Bellvue man arrested Aug. 29 was involved in several incidents of open lewdness and indecent exposure in the Brookline and Beechview communities.

Charles Marsico, 36, was arrested for exposing himself in front of several women and children at various locations, including Brookline and Beechview.

Marsico also fondled himself in front of the women and children, according to the Pittsburgh Police report.

Officers located Marsico in the 1400 block of Alton Street and took him in to custody. He was taken to Allegheny County Jail and charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure, corruption of minors and criminal mischief.

Marsico is being held in Allegheny County Jail, as of Sept. 3. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 12 at 12:30 p.m. before Judge Donna Jo McDaniel.
