Rotunda's Jan. 10 hearing before Barton was waived, and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 28. His case was then part of a docket conference scheduled for April 11. Rotunda pled guilty during that conference and was sentenced to complete a 90-day individualized program plan and 18 months of probation.
  • Baldwin Township police charged Scott Crawford, 42, of Mississippi Avenue in Dormont Borough, with DUI after Crawford crashed his vehicle into a utility pole on Dewalt Drive on Aug. 12.
