Gas Station Robbery in Brookline

The BP station on West Liberty Avenue in Brookline was robbed Sunday morning.

Pittsburgh police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Sunday morning at a Brookline gas station.

The robbery happened around 10 a.m. Sunday at the in the 1800 block of West Liberty Avenue in Brookline.

According to the police report, the suspect walked into the store, pulled a gun and demanded money. After receiving money, he fled down West Liberty Avenue.

The suspect is described as a white male, 18-21 years old, 5'5" and 150lbs with a thin build. He was wearing a light camoflouge baseball hat, black zip up hooded sweatshirt, black pants and had a white bandanna covering his face.

KDKA-TV reported on the incident Sunday evening.
