Four Marijuana Arrests in Brookline, Beechview Area

Zone 6 police blotter, March 25 to March 31.

Pittsburgh police reported a number of marijuana arrests, as well as other crimes, in the Brookline and Beechview neighborhoods between March 25 and March 31.

Burglary

  • Electronics were stolen from a home in the 800 block of Norwich Avenue in Brookline on March 28 between 10 and 11 p.m.

  • The license plate was damaged and a sticker was removed from a car parked in the 200 block of Dawn Avenue in Beechview between 4 p.m. on March 15 and 1 a.m. on March 16.

Arrests

  • Susan Johnston of Beechview was arrested in the 1300 block of Beechview Avenue by narcotics detectives for possession with the intent to deliver marijuana on March 27.
  • Brian Pipkins of McKeesport was arrested at West Liberty and Wenzell avenues in Brookline for DUI and possession of marijuana on March 29.
  • Shewn Glabb of Brookline was arrested in the 2400 block of Pioneer Avenue in Brookline for possession of marijuana on March 29.
  • Xiuxia Cui of Pittsburgh was arrested by Vice Detectives in the 1100 block of Banksville Road for prostitution on March 28.
  • Kevin Henry of New York was arrested in the 2800 block of Banksville Road in Banksville on March 25 for promoting prostitution and possession of marijuana. Katie Civiletto also was arrested and charged with prostitution at that time.
