According to the police report, police were met on the sidewalk by Nancy Lori, 44, who also is a resident of the home. Police said Lori began to yell at the officers for arresting Morton in the previous incident.

Although police asked her to stop yelling, she continued to cause a disturbance in front of the home, according to the report, and was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
