Carnegie Man Arrested for Homicide After Argument Over TV

The victim is reportedly the suspect's stepfather.

A Carnegie man is in the Allegheny County Jail after police say he shot and killed a man after an argument about a TV.

Aaron Israel, 19, turned himself into police Sunday afternoon and is charged with criminal homicide. 

Zone 6 Pittsburgh police officers, with the assistance of Scott Township police, responded to the emergency call at 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

KDKA reports the victim is Israel's stepfather, Kevin Kirkland, 49.
