Burglary:

A woman reported Saturday that someone entered her home in the 2300 block of Starkamp Street and stole a purse containing ID.

Theft:

A man reported Monday that someone stole a clothes dryer from his porch in the 600 block of Bellaire Avenue.

A man reported Friday that someone stole a lawnmower form his yard in the 800 block of Bellaire Avenue.

A woman reported on May 13 that someone stole fishing rods, baseball equipment and a jacket from her front porch in the 1100 block of Brookline Boulevard.

Theft from Vehicle:

A woman reported Sunday that someone stole an MP3 player from her vehicle in the 800 block of Fordham Street.

Criminal Mischief:

A woman reported Thursday that someone scratched her vehicle in the 2800 block of Shawhan Avenue.

Arrests:

John Kasan of Brookline was arrested Saturday in the 2000 block of Woodward Avenue on suspicion of DUI.

A man was arrested Sunday in the 1200 block of McNeilly Avenue on suspicion of charges related to a domestic violence warrant.
