Theft:
A woman reported Friday that an acquaintance stole jewelry from her home in the 700 block of Bellaire Avenue. No charges were filed.
A man reported July 20 that someone took his possibly dropped wallet in the 1700 block of Saw Mill Boulevard. Several transactions were made with the stolen card.

Theft from Vehicle:
A woman reported Thursday that someone stole a GPS and radio from her possibly unlocked car in the 1400 block of Woodbourne Avenue.

Arrests:
George Metzger of Brookline was arrested July 19 in the 1100 block of Brookline Boulevard on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Louis Shallo of Beechview was arrested Saturday in the 900 block of Brookline Boulevard on suspicion of heroin possession.
