Brookline Police Blotter Feb. 6 – Feb. 13

A roundup of crimes reported in Brookline.

Aggravated Assault:

A man was arrested on Feb. 11 in the 1600 block of Ballinger Street on suspicion of assaulting his brother during a domestic dispute.

Burglary:

A woman reported on Feb. 13 that a person entered her home in the 700 block of Berkshire Avenue through an unlocked door and stole money and cigarettes.

Stolen Vehicle:

A man reported on Feb. 10 that someone stole his vehicle in the 1600 block of Chelton Avenue.

Criminal Mischief:

A woman reported on Feb. 6 that a person shot out her vehicle window in the 1000 block of Norwich Avenue.

A man reported on Feb. 11 that a neighbor damaged the front door of his home in the 900 block of Woodbourne Avenue.

A woman reported that on Feb. 13 a person threw a brick through a basement window of her home in the 700 block of Berkshire Avenue.

Arrests:

A boy was arrested on Feb. 6 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and shooting an air rifle in the 1000 block of Berkshire Avenue.

Magan Cavanuagh, of Squirrel Hill, was arrested on Feb. 8 in the 900 block of Dunster Street on suspicion of possession of narcotics.

Jason Malloy, of Overbrook, was arrested on Feb. 8 in the 900 block of Dunster Street on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
