Burglary:
A woman reported Saturday that two people entered her home in the 1800 block of Whited Street through an unlocked door and stole prescription medication.

A woman reported Friday that someone stole an iPod from her unattended purse in the 900 block of Woodbourne Avenue.
Stolen Vehicle:

A man reported Wednesday that someone stole a dirt bike from his garage in the 800 block of Mayville Avenue.
Criminal Mischief:
A man reported Aug. 9 that someone threw a block through a window of his home in the 2000 block of Plainview Avenue.
Arrests:
A man was arrested Aug. 8 in the 700 block of Woodbourne Avenue on suspicion of domestic violence.
Jarrod Bodzer of Brookline was arrested Aug. 8 on Brookline Boulevard and Wedgemere Street on suspicion of robbing someone.
Melvin Threets of Homewood was arrested Aug. 9 in the 1000 block of Brookline Boulevard on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
A man was arrested Aug. 9 in the 1600 block of Fiat Street for a bench warrant and a domestic incident.
Donald Lucas of Brookline and Delmar Brooks of Arlington Heights were arrested Wednesday in the 900 block of Brookline Boulevard on suspicion of possession of heroin.
A man was arrested Saturday in the 1600 block of Saw Mill Run Boulevard on suspicion of domestic violence.
