Brookline Police Blotter April 18—24

A round-up of crimes reported in Brookline.

Theft:

A person reported Monday that someone stole four tires from a basement in the 1600 block of Ballinger Street.

A man reported Monday that someone stole a lawnmower from his property in the 1500 block of Reamer Street.

A man reported Monday that someone stole a play set from his driveway in the 1300 block of Brookline Boulevard.

A man reported Tuesday that someone stole two bicycles from his yard in the 900 block of Bay Ridge Street.

A person reported Tuesday that a man entered a business in the 1100 block of Brookline Boulevard and broke into a machine, taking money.

Theft from Vehicle:

A man reported Monday that someone stole a GPS, compact discs and various papers from his vehicle on Brookline Boulevard and Kenilworth Street.

A woman reported Saturday that someone stole a checkbook and debit card from her vehicle in the 2500 block of Plainview Avenue. 

A man reported Saturday that someone stole money, ID and a game from his vehicle in the 300 block of Templeton Avenue.

Criminal Mischief:

A man reported Monday that someone broke the windshield of his vehicle in the 900 block of Bay Ridge Street.

Arrests:

A man was arrested Monday in the 2900 block of Sussex Avenue on suspicion of domestic violence.

Courtney Clair, of Gibsonia, was arrested on April 17 on West Liberty Avenue and Stenson Street on suspicion of DUI.
