No Foul Play Suspected In Brookline Man's Death

Dormont-Brookline Patch will publish more details as they become available.

Dormont police said no foul play is suspected in the case of a Brookline man found dead at a Dormont home, but the case is under investigation by Allegheny County Police.

Paul King, 46, was reported missing last Monday, July 29, and was found dead Saturday at a friend's home on Hillsdale Avenue. Dormont police Chief Michael Bisignani said King arrived at the home the evening before his death.

"There's nothing that looks out of the ordinary, but with the circumstances, the county has been called in," Bisignani said. "We were cautious since he'd been listed as missing from the city."

According to a report from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, King was a diabetic and had not taken his medication for several days.

Bisignani said more information, including a cause of death, would likely be available later this week after an autopsy report is completed.
