Brookline Man Accused of Scamming Hines Ward Waives Hearing

Formal arraignment has been scheduled for March, 11, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

from former Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward has waived his right to a preliminary hearing, according to a report by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Formal arraignment for Joshua R. Van Auker, 26, of Brookline, is scheduled for March 11 in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. He has been charged with two felony counts of attempted extortion.
