Beer, Medicine, Food Among Items Stolen in Recent Thefts

A roundup of recent thefts and locations reported in Brookline and Beechview.

A number of items, including food, beer, medicine and yard ornaments, were reported stolen from homes in Brookline and Beechview since the beginning of the June.

The following thefts were reported to Pittsburgh Police:

  • A planter was stolen from the porch of a home in the 1600 block of Methyl Street in Beechview on June 4 between 6 and 7 p.m.
  • Solar lights were stolen from the yard of a home in the 1100 block of Brookline Boulevard between 10:30 a.m. on June 4 and 6:30 a.m. on June 5.
  • A computer and money was stolen from a home in the 1500 block of Fallowfield Avenue in Beechview on June 5 between 10:10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Money was reported stolen from a home in the 200 block of Sebring Avenue in Beechview on June 6 at 2 p.m.
  • Food and beer were stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of Fallowfield Avenue in Beechview on June 11 between 4:30 and 10:30 p.m.
  • Prescription medication was stolen from a home in the 2100 block of Los Angeles Avenue in Beechview on June 16 between 2 and 8:45 p.m.
