Beechview Man Shoots Mother, Self
A Beechview man shot his mother, and then himself, early Tuesday morning.
A Beechview man shot his mother several times before shooting and killing himself, according to a report by Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
According to the report, Pittsburgh police responded to a Beechview home around 12:35 a.m. Tuesday morning when the man called 911, saying he had shot his mother. When police arrived at the scene, the man was dead on the porch of the home.
The mother was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, and her condition has not been made public.
