McCandless Police have filed new charges against the Pittsburgh Brookline K-8 principal already accused of masturbating in front of a 17 year-old boy inside the sauna at the LA Fitness in McCandless Crossing.

According to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday, Alfonzo DeIuliis, 37, of Allison Park, was charged with one additional count each of open lewdness and indecent exposure.

DeIuliis also is accused of touching the boy on the leg and asking if he could perform oral sex on him, per a criminal complaint filed Aug. 12.

The additional charges were filed when a college student who saw reports in the media last week came forward and told police DeIuliis masturbated in the gym shower stall across from his inside the McCandless LA Fitness this summer. The man said the incident began in the sauna, where DeIuliis touched himself, the complaint says, before following the man into the shower area.

DeIuliis appeared for a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning before District Justice William Wagner. Afterwards, his attorney, Phil DiLucente, told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that DeIuliis did nothing wrong.

"We will fight these charges—every single one of them," DiLucente told the PG.

A preliminary hearing on both sets of charges is scheduled for Oct. 9.

DeIuliis is on paid administrative leave from his job as principal of Pittsburgh Brookline K-8.
