Brookline Pub-horrible experience

I had a terrible experience at this establishment last night. I took some friends with me to The Brookline Pub. We entered the bar and walked straight to the bar area to order a drink. While I was waiting to order a drink, someone from behind me flicked my hood up on my hoodie. I turned around and the man kept saying to me, "Test me, test me, lets go outside". Baffled as to why he was saying this ridiculousness to me, I asked him what happened to cause his irrational behavior. He then told me that he knew the owners--I'm not sure what that has to do with anything. I mean after all, I AM a new customer to The Pub. Don't the owners try to gain new business? He had a group of friends with him. According to his friends, he had asked me "four times" to move. At no point did I or my friends notice any attempt from the man to pass by us. What happened next was even more interesting. While the man kept passing by, obviously trying to instigate a fight the bouncer approached us. He said to me that he had witnessed the whole episode and that I was being a (insert bad word). I then Explained to the bouncer that my friends and I just arrived and that we didn't notice anyone trying to pass by us. What he said next was shocking. He said that the man "comes here all the time" and that he believed him. He then said "I've never seen you here". Now let me consider that logic for a moment.......nope, still doesn't make sense. By this point, we had several of the aggressor's friends claiming he tried repeatedly to ask us to move. My question is this, was he trying to cut in front of us while we were ordering a drink? Did he feel entitled to being waited on first? Based on his actions, he was simply trying to instigate a fight. Here is why I will NEVER patronize that establishment. The bouncer claimed that he witnessed the "whole thing". What did you witness? Did you witness me committing the heinous crime of standing at the bar waiting to order a drink? A bouncers job is to keep order and prevent chaos. He did exactly the opposite. The fact that the bouncer is willing to allow a patron to harass customers is ridiculous, especially when I did absolutely nothing wrong.
