JACQUELINE'S ...tips for hair and scalp problems !

Is your body telling you something, and are you listening? Problems from your hair and scalp can be caused by some health issues! Does your hair fall out a lot, or are you having scalp irritations? As a result of stress, hormone change and other concerns, you may be having some of these issues. Diabetes, thyroid and other concerns can play a role in hair loss! Don't panic—everyone looses hair daily as a natural way to cleanse the scalp! Just be watching for any sudden changes to your hair and scalp and take precautions! Biotin is a great vitamin for hair, nails and skin! Deep-cleansing scalp treatments, a clarifying shampoo and regular haircuts every five to six weeks will keep your hair and scalp healthy and fresh! We all face problems within ourselves. Always take time to rejuvenate yourself, eat healthy, and drink plenty of water to rehydrate yourself because this will promote growth, and help you feel better about yourself!
