Pack 870 - Blue & Gold Banquet

Pack 870 celebrates Scouting Anniversary Week in March with a "birthday party" called the blue and gold banquet. In Pack 870, the blue and gold banquet is the highlight of the year. It brings families together for an evening of fun and cheer. It's the pack meeting for March.

The purpose of the blue and gold banquet is to celebrate the pack's anniversary, thank pack leaders and other adults who have helped the pack, and inspire the leaders, Scouts, and parents. We celebrate the boys achievements in earning their rank for the year, honor the boys earning the Arrow of Light (Cub Scout's highest award) and cross over our Webelos II boys into their new Boy Scout Troop.

The banquet is like a regular pack meeting, with songs, skits, stunts, and awards.
