Route 88 Traffic Delays This Week
Traffic delays will take place in Castle Shannon the week of May 14.
There may be delays on Route 88 in Castle Shannon between Sixth Street and Connor Road the week of May 14, 2012.
Castle Shannon Borough will be hanging Military Banners, to pay tribute to those that are and have served in the Military.
A description of the Shannon’s Soldiers/Hometown Heroes program, sponsored by the Castle Shannon Revitalization Corporation, can be found at the Castle Shannon Revitalization Corporation website.

This extension of the program expands the banner postings to Route 88 from the north to the south borders of the borough.
A formal dedication of this leg of the banner program will take place at 10 a.m. on May 26th at the Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department parking lot at 3600 Library Road (Route 88). The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
