DABA's End Of Season Picnic Is Saturday

DABA picnic set to close the baseball and softball regular seasons.

The Dormont Athletic Boosters Association (DABA) will be holding it’s end of year picnic this Saturday, June 25th.  Boys and girls who have participated in our program, and their families, are welcome to join us at the small pavilion in Dormont Park, above the first base line of Pop Murray Little League Field.

DABA will be providing the burgers and dogs and we ask the parents of those who played baseball to bring beverages to share, pop and/or water. Parents of softball players are asked to bring desserts, cookies, cupcakes, etc. to share as well. Food will be served starting at noon and the picnic will end at 5 p.m.

DABA had over to 175 children participating in baseball and softball this year. Baseball playoffs are taking place at Pop Murray field this week for the 9- and 10-year-old boys. Games are played at Pop Murray Little League Field and start at 6 p.m.
