Pets Will Dig the Fall Festival and Costumed Pet Contest Oct. 29

Castle Shannon Revitalization Corp. will hold the event on Willow Avenue.

Does your Chihuahua channel Superman? Perhaps your Doberman digs the glittery costumes of "Dancing with the Stars" or your dignified Persian has a "furrr-tive" desire to dress like a ballerina?

You can indulge those animal instincts on Saturday, Oct. 29 when the Castle Shannon Revitalization Corp. holds its Fall Festival and Costumed Pet Contest.

The contest kicks off the festival, starting at 11 a.m. on Willow Avenue between Park and Poplar avenues. Well-behaved pets are encouraged to attend. There is no charge to enter a pet in the contest.
