New Fitness Studio Coming to Cochran Road

The workout focuses on the body parts women struggle with the most.

A new Pure Barre studio is opening in Mt. Lebanon this January.

The studio will feature ballet barre workouts that have exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001.

Focusing on the body parts women struggle with the most, the Pure Barre workout lifts the seat, tones the thighs and upper body, and creates the long and lean muscles of a dancer through small isometric movements centered around a ballet barre.

Since Pure Barre started franchising in 2009, more than 100 studios have opened nationwide. The Mt. Lebanon location will be Pennsylvania's fourth studio. Another Pure Barre studio is located in East Liberty.
